Genesis Contractors, LLC is a family operated business located in the heart of North Carolina's Crystal Coast. With over 30 years of experience locally, we have a strong understanding of the landscape and habitats. We take pleasure in such a beautiful coastal area and we strive to provide you with a home suited to its charm.

After purchasing a lot on Emerald Isle, we went to Curtis Estes based on his good reputation. He was able to make adjustments to our plans and produced a house that is lovely with great manageability … he was very easygoing and good natured. Our Team

Our staff consists of skilled and knowledgeable employees who keep the client’s best interests in mind. Our goal is to provide our employees with a respectful and positive environment where they can provide our customers with exceptional workmanship, service, and professional integrity.

Home Construction Through the process, you will have the opportunity to meet the General Contractor, the Project Coordinator, and our Office Managers. There is always someone from our management team available to answer questions that may arise during your project.

You will also likely meet our Subcontractors during the different phases of construction. We work closely with our experienced and dependable sub-contractors so you can trust that they will provide quality and professional service.

Our Office Managers are available for any administrative assistance you need. They track our various projects and are knowledgeable about the status of your project at any given time. They are available during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8am – 5pm and are happy to assist you in any way that they can.
